A Woman of Exception's Favorite Timepiece
In Munich, on 24th September, Parmigiani Fleurier brought together six of its Women of Exception to unveil an extension to its women's range: the new stone-set Tonda 1950 and steel Kalparisma.
The diamond-set Tonda 1950 is the first collection of round watches designed for women. It features the brand's purest stylistic elements and boasts a bezel set with 84 diamonds, delicately integrated without altering the elegant profile of the piece or disturbing its harmonious proportions.
The steel Kalparisma is an extension of the existing rose gold range, which features the iconic tonneau-shaped case and a modern, elegant and quintessentially feminine dial.
Parmigiani Fleurier's women of exception are a kind of ambassador for the brand, but they have been appointed for the exceptional directions they have taken their lives in, not because of their rank or celebrity status; it is a distinction they deserve, a mark of admiration.
These six exceptional women came together in the Bayerischer Hof Hotel in Munich for a press conference before all donning an apron, under the supervision of one of their number, Sarah Wiener. The day ended on a festive note at the Oktoberfest, where everyone was able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of this event...
Each woman received a diamond-set Tonda 1950 in honour of the philosophy they share with the brand, and to recognise the common values that underpin the success of these Women of Exception.
